Scott nets hattrick but comeback falls just short
Carter Scott had a natural hattrick half way through the third period as Dorchester fell just short in a spirited comeback effort. The boys played really well against a Lambeth team featuring several former triple A players. Dorchester was behind 5-0 and 6-2 but battled back to make it 6-5 before surrendering an empty net goal to end the game. Michael Gowman had a goal and 2 assists and Jake Walker also scored for Dorchester. Dustin Vandusen and Bryce Engberts each had 2 assists. Chad Hanenburg and Derek Vanhouwelingen had single assists. Dorchester had two break aways late in the game as they tried to tie the game, but could not even the score.
