Ryan Onishenko, Dustin Vandusen and Bryce Engberts scored the goals and Brad Szymanski made 20 saves to record his second shutout of the year as Dorchester dominated Port Stanley in game 3. The series is now tied at 3 points each. Michael Gowman, Kurtis Carneiro, Derek Vanhouwelingen, Ryan Esler and Jake Walker had assists in the game. The games continued to be rough with the same player from Port Stanley who injured a Dorchester player last game trying to stir things up gain, twice taking cheap shots at Dorchester players after the whistle. The Dorchester boys though used their skills and dominated the play throughout the game. Game 4 goes Monday night.

Stuart Finay scored the lone goal for Dorchester last night on a slap shot from the point. Dustin Vandusen had the lone assist. The game was marred by a referee who dominated the game with a wide assortment of penalty calls that left both teams frustrated and confused. Dorchester fell 4-1 in game 2 of their playoff series.

Dorchester had the lead three times in their first round playoff with Port Stanley but Port Stanley rallied every time and the game ended in a 3-3 tie. Carter Scott, Michael Gowman and Ryan Esler scored the goals for Dorchester while Jake Walker, Braden Bale, Riley Montgomery, Derek Vanhouwelingen and Michael Gowman added assists. Brad Szymanski played great stopping several break-aways to make sure the tie held up. Game 2 goes Saturday in Dorchester.
