Send the following information to the DMHA Secretary no less than 1 week in advance:
Date of the game
Opponent
Arena Location
TO OBTAIN A TOURNAMENT PERMIT
Send the following to the DMHA Secretary no less than 3-4 weeks in advance:
Tournament name
Dates of the tournament
Location of the tournament
ID sanction number
