As tryouts get underway this week, here are a couple key notes to keep in mind.
All 2009 and 2010 born children are invited to tryout for this years Novice BB team. Team selection will be made from 2009 birth year kids only. 2010 are entitled to come out for the skate but are not eligible to make the Novice BB Team. Everyone is guaranteed 2 skates. The tryout fee is $45 upon going on the ice. If you do not pay you will not be allowed to have your child partake in this years tryouts. Some parents have pre-paid during the online register process and DMHA has provide myself with a list of those people. If you have not indicated already that your child is trying out but now would like them to, please text me at (226)980-6777 or email me at
[email protected] so I can properly plan. If you get to the arena and thought you have prepaid but are not on my list I ask you to please pay the $45 fee regardless and we can sort things out later and provide you with a refund if needed. Before the kids take to the ice (5:50pm) I will address any parents interested about tryout plans and options as this year Hockey Canada has implemented changes that will affect DMHA's Novice age group .
