Winning
Hello Team,
I would like to remind everyone that winning is not the one and only goal of playing hockey. I ask that you be; positive, patient and supportive as we coach the team. Encourage your child to come to each practice and game prepared to work hard & give their best effort! Wins will come, but it is going to take time. Make sure your expectations are realistic and in line with where your child is at in their development. "You have to learn to walk before you Run." My coaching decisions\style are for the long term good of the individual player & the team.
Lets continue to focus on creating an enjoyable learning atmosphere as we progress through the season!
