Well Tyke 4, we made it through our 1st game and as a Coach, I am extremely happy to say all kids were involved and had a great game. When a coach hears a kid say "This is the best day EVER, this game is so fun and I have my name on my water bottle!!!"....LOL.... that comment right there was a huge reward to me and the other coaches.

I want to extend a HUGE Thank You to Coach Rick, to have a non parent coach of his hockey caliber on the ice with the kids is very lucky for us....not to mention he even made the 730am practice.....so... THANKS COACH RICK !!
This weekend we have the following icetimes.
- Saturday 2:30pm practice
- Sunday 5:00pm Game
For the Practice... I ask that all kids please be FULLY dressed by 2:20 for I have some instructions to do with the kids before the practice. The practice theme will be focusing on 2 to 1 - 1 to 2 to maximize our teams speed. I will demonstrate in the dressing room, so please parents, feel free to sit in on my instructions so we can work with the little ones throughout the week.
I do prefer to have 5 on ice helpers for our practices, so we can focus on the small (important) things.... So, since Coach Jen will be in Collingwood this weekend, I could use 1 more helper this Saturday :)..... any volunteers?
