We have received notice from OMHA that as of 12:01 am January 31st, 2022, full hockey programming may resume. This includes practices, games, tournaments and all other sanctioned activities. The municipality has also stated that the arena will be opening on this date with the same guidelines that were in place prior to the shutdown.
Therefore, all DMHA scheduled activities will resume starting on January 31st.The Lambton Middlesex Local League season will be extended from March 6th to 11th to give additional dates for some games to be rescheduled. The plan remains in place to run one best-of-7 playoff series between ranked teams (1v2, 3v4, etc).
The Shamrock League does not currently have plans to extend the season or make up any missed games. The playdown and playoff timelines will remain the same.
Both leagues' March Break season pause will remain in effect.
