Red Control Update
MLHU announced yesterday that we are moving to red level starting on Monday, December 14th. The minimum time frame we could stay at this level is 28 days. This means that there is now a 10-person maximum group size permitted on the ice (plus two coaches). The ice can no longer be split into two groups. The changerooms are no longer available and during this phase there are no games or scrimmages allowed.

Starting Monday, DMHA has decided to pause our programming until at least January 4th, 2021 so that executive members can determine if and how we can continue during red level. Our season already had a two-week break scheduled over the holidays and it is our hope to still get in the full length of our season.  This weekend will run as usual.

Since the early summer, DMHA has been working to provide a safe and fun hockey program within the mandated restrictions that also allows for skill development and game play if and when possible.  We will continue to work towards these goals during this pause.

In the meantime, thank you to all of our volunteers, parents and players for your patience and enthusiasm during the first half of this unprecedented season.  We wish everyone a happy holiday season and a safe and healthy New Year!
