U5/U6/U7/U8 (formally Novice and Below) Divisions for the 2021-2022 Hockey Season
The Dorchester Minor Hockey Association follows the Hockey Canada/Ontario Hockey Federation (OHF) mandate at the U8 and below levels, for age appropriate and modified ice programming. The Ontario Minor Hockey Association (OMHA) Implementation Guide has been used.
The focus at the U8 and below levels will be skill development and fun. This will be done through alignment of skaters with similar skill levels.
