Tax receipts related to eligible DMHA fees paid in 2016 are
generally issued by Hockey Canada following registration. We have
recently asked that Hockey Canada re-send 2016 receipts in order to
ensure that everyone's records are complete.
The
receipts will be sent by email from Hockey Canada (not DMHA). Please
check spam and junk filters in your email account as necessary.
