Peewee BB, U13, 2019-2020 (Dorchester Minor Hockey Association)

What an exciting weekend of hockey!!! The boys played in the 62nd Annual Preston Tournament. It is the first year they have included Peewee teams in the tournament. We were in the A division. We faced tough teams..Kitchener Rangers with a 4-4 tie, Georgina Blaze, Applewood Coyotes, and Kitchener again,,,all wins! That took us to the Semi Finals against the Jr. Mustangs...we won 5-2! Our final game was against a tough and hard working Big City team..the Hamilton Huskies!! It was an exciting game..we held a one goal lead for the whole game..with an empty netter to seal the deal with 30 seconds ...

On December 4th, all of the boys were able to find a night that worked, to have a little fun together at the Factory!! It was a great night with memories made, and time well spent with each other. Always nice to see them having fun and laughing!! (sorry..it will not let me put the pictures in portrait!)

At the end of November, our boys were invited by the Belmont Rangers to join them in Bowling Green Ohio.

I would like to thank all the boys for giving it their all during tryouts. This final cut has been a difficult decision for myself and the evaluators.
