Kunder nets two as Dorchester beats Lambeth
After a scoreless first period, Lambeth scored the first goal of the game 3 minutes into the 2nd period. Dorchester responded quickly though as tristan Cormier scored his first of the season with a wrist shot from the point into the top corner of the net. Matt Kunder then netted the next two goals of the game to give Dorchester a 3-1 lead after two periods. After some dubious calls from the referee Lambeth scored on a two man advantage to make it 4-2 with 3 and a half minutes to go in the game. But McKenzie McDermid scored into the empty net with 3 seconds to go. Bryce Engberts had a goal and an assist and Brandon Fisher had 2 assists while Colton Verougstraete also had his first point of the year. Derek Van Houwelingen and Adam Dutt also added assists.
