DMHA ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The annual general meeting of Dorchester Minor Hockey Association will be held on Thursday, May 18th, 2023 at 7:00pm. All DMHA members in good standing are welcome and encouraged to attend. The meeting will take place in the Program Room at the Dorchester Public Library at 2123 Dorchester Rd.
Anyone wishing to attend the meeting can register by completing the registration form, found here. Please register by Sunday, May 7th, 2023.
The annual general meeting is an opportunity to learn more about and participate in your association. Reports will be given on the activities and finances of the association for the 2022 season. Elections will also be held for 2023-24 executive positions. Members in good standing may vote on matters raised at the AGM, including the election of executive members. Each member is permitted one vote.
Motions may be made by members in good standing if submitted in the prescribed form at least 30 days before the date of the AGM (by April 18, 2023). The notice of motion form can be found here.
