Thank you to all who volunteered during DMHA's 2017-18 season.
Without you, the association would not be able to do what it does year
after year. Your help is greatly appreciated.
For
the coming season, some of our valuable volunteers are stepping aside
and there are available committee roles that need to be filled. These
roles include planning for the season during the summer, as well as
tasks during the season itself. The duties involved with both can
generally be done from home and worked around one's schedule. The roles
are as follows:
1. Ice Allocator - responsible for scheduling allocated association ice for the tryouts, regular season and playoffs/playdowns. This person also coordinates with DMHA league reps, the league schedulers and the municipality.
2. Bond Coordinator - responsible for maintaining a database of volunteer roles that qualify for credit toward the good faith bond, communicating with team managers about volunteer roles performed and advising the treasurer regarding the satisfaction of good faith bonds.
