REMINDER OF THE AGM ON MAY 23, 2018

The Dorchester Minor Hockey Association's annual general meeting of its members will be held on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at 7:00 pm in the Blue Line Room of the Flight Exec Centre.  The agenda will include reports from the executive on the events of the past year, a report on the financial position of the association, the hearing of a motion and the nomination and election of executive members for the 2018-19 season.



There is a single motion to be heard.  The notice of motion can be reviewed here.

Volunteers are needed for roles within the association, including ice allocator and bond coordinator.  For further details and/or to volunteer for these roles, please come to the AGM or contact an executive member.
