The Dorchester Minor Hockey Association's Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at 7:00 pm
the Blueline Room at the Flight Exec Centre in Dorchester. The meeting
agenda will consist of reports from members of the executive, including
presentation of the year end financial statements and 2017-18 budget,
consideration of any motions, discussion of new business and the
election of the 2017-18 executive. Members must be present to vote.
The agenda will be posted on the DMHA website prior to the meeting.
Motions may be presented and considered at the AGM if notice of the motion is provided by no later than May 3, 2017. The notice of motion is available on the DMHA website under the "Information" tab on the home page. Completed notices of motion will be posted with the agenda prior to the meeting.
As always, there are a number of committee and executive volunteer positions available for the coming season. There is an immediate need for, amongst other things, a tournament coordinator. Particulars and the availability of any position can be obtained from any current executive member. Insufficient volunteers may have a significant impact on DMHA's ability to carry out its hockey programs so please volunteer if you are able.
