Police Record Checks
Submitted By Jeremy Rintjema on Wednesday, September 23, 2015
The Middlesex OPP are hosting Dorchester volunteer nights for any Dorchester residents or volunteers who require criminal record checks on September 29 and October 7, 2015 from 4 pm until 7 pm.  The checks will be done at the OPP detachment located at 823 Exeter Rd., London.  Please note that volunteers with a London address will have to have the check conducted by the London Police.

The documents below will be required.  Volunteers must also bring two pieces of acceptable ID as per the attached list.

For anyone who requires fingerprinting, the OPP will do it electronically.  This will enable the results to be obtained much quicker (likely 7-10 days).

Please note both forms below will be required in order to complete the check.
