DMHA Player Development Program

The 2024-2025 DMHA Player Development Program will be delivered by Max Campbell and Ryan Fletcher.

Born and raised in Strathroy, Ontario, Max Campbell played his minor hockey within the Strathroy Minor Hockey Association before playing two seasons of Jr B hockey with the Strathroy Rockets.  Success at the Jr B level earned Max an NCAA Division 1 scholarship to Western Michigan.  In 2007, Max was drafted in the 5th round by the New York Rangers. After graduation, Max continued his hockey career, playing 5 seasons of professional hockey that was split between the United States and Europe.  Following his professional career, Max returned to London where he worked as an on-ice coach and skill development instructor at the minor, junior and professional level. Dorchester Minor Hockey Association is excited to announce a partnership with Max that will bring his vast hockey knowledge and experience to our hockey community. Welcome Max!

Born and raised in London, Ontario, Ryan Fletcher played his minor hockey for London Jr. Knights AAA organization where he was a participant of the Alliance Midget AAA prospect showcase game.  As an undrafted 17 year old, Ryan was a walk on to the St. Thomas Stars Jr. B organization where he was named to the First All Star team in Jr. B as the top Rookie right-handed defenceman that year.  In his final year, Ryan was named captain of the St. Thomas Stars and was also named to the Western Ontario Hockey League All Star team.  Ryan currently holds the record for most points in a single season by a St. Thomas Star defenceman. With some interest from NCAA Division 1 schools, Ryan decided to extend his hockey career at the University of Western Ontario where he was a part of two national championship finals.  Not ready to officially hang up the skates, Ryan went on to play in the WOAA Senior AA league, winning two championships as part of the Komoka Classics and Tillsonburg Thunder. Dorchester Minor Hockey Association would like to welcome Ryan as an on-ice skills coach within the Player Development Program!
