Please complete this form to register for Player Development. 📅 Schedule: Wednesdays at 4:00 PM November 26 December 3, 10, 17 January 7, 14 💲 Cost: $150 ⚠️ Important Notes: Maximum of 25 participants; a minimum of 12 participants is required for the program to run. Once your registration is confirmed, you will receive an email with payment instructions. No refunds will be issued.
