Dryland training with Erica Willick

Dryland training is Tuesday at 5:50pm outdoors. We will meet at the green space between the baseball diamond and arena. Wear running shoes and athletic clothing. Bring hockey bag for practice immediately after. We will monitor the players for fatigue & performance during the on ice practice and will move dryland training to a different day if needed (but expect it will be fine). If weather rains, we will move indoors to trackside.
