Protocol Reminders
Please review the below reminders to. 


 



Reminders for parents/spectators:· 

Please complete the online health screening questionnaire the day of each ice time prior to  arrival at the rink. (for player and spectator)· 
 Enter the arena wearing a mask (ONLY 1 spectator per family).·  
Wearing your mask, follow the directional signs to the seating area.· 
 NO food or drink in the arena for spectators.·  
Sit 2m away from others in the designated seating area.·  
NO watching from or standing in the lobby.·  
DO NOT open any ice surface doors to talk to your player.·  
Exit immediately after the ice session, wearing a mask.· 
 After the ice session, wait for your player outside the arena while maintaining physical distance.·  
Please DO NOT wait in between the two sets of lobby doors. 

Reminders for Players:· 
 Come to the arena dressed in your hockey equipment (minus helmet, skates and gloves).· 
 Make sure your health screening questionnaire is completed before leaving for the arena.·  
Enter the arena wearing a mask.· 
 Follow the directional signs to your dressing room.·  
Enter the dressing room assigned to you by your coach.·  
Keep your mask on until your helmet is on.· 
 Remain on your side of the ice at all times.·  
Distance yourself in drill lines, on the ice and on the benches at all times.·  
NO CONTACT with other players.·  
Enter and Exit the ice surface using the specified doors.· 
 Only remove your skates, helmet and gloves to exit.·  
Put your mask on as soon as you remove your helmet.·  
Exit the arena wearing your mask and go directly outside the arena to meet your parent.

***Failure to abide by these rules could result in players being suspended from practice(s)***

 Executive members will be doing spot checks to ensure that coaches, parents and players are abiding by the rules. Everyone should expect health unit inspections as well.  Violations to any rules can result in a $5000 fine to our association. Thank you for adhering to the rules and regulations set out by our health unit and our municipality. Please reach out for any clarification or with any questions.
