2019/2020 Novice Rep Evaluations/Tryouts
Hello parents and players involved in the upcoming Novice Rep Evaluations/Tryouts.  I hope that everyone has had a great summer!! It is that time of year again where we turn the cleats in for skates and I hope all the kids are as excited as I to get started.

The Novice Rep Evaluation/Tryout schedule will be as follows:

·        Wednesday, September 4th @ 6:00 pm

·        Saturday, September 7th @ 11:00 am

·        Tuesday, September 10th @ 6:00 pm

·        Thursday, September 12th @ 6:00 pm

The evaluation/tryout process will align with the DMHA policies found on the organizations website.  Releases from the evaluation process will start after the 2nd skate which is on Saturday, Sept 7th.  The Final roster will be posted after the final evaluation skate on Thursday, Sept 12th by 9:00 pm. Communications during the evaluation/tryout process will be through the Associations Novice BB team page.

Please arrive at the arena with enough time to check in, pick up an assigned jersey and drop off a completed acknowledgement form of Rowan’s Law that must be completed prior to your child’s first skate.  Rowan’s Law forms can be found on the DMHA website under the latest news section titled: Rep Team Tryout schedule and Local League Evaluation skates.  You will need to follow the link and select the appropriate acknowledgement which is 10yrs and under for this age group.  If there are any questions or concerns with this please make sure you contact me before the first skate on Wednesday, Sept 4th.

If you have not paid your tryout fee during the registration period, you will be required to pay a fee prior to your child participating in the first skate which will be $80.  Cash or Cheque payable to DMHA.

Please bring a water bottle.

Good luck to all the players during the evaluation skates and I can’t wait to see them on the ice!  I am looking for good skill and ability, hustle, listening skills, teamwork and most of all I want the kids to have fun!!

Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns,

Coach Marc
